Changes

Customers have 48 hours to modify a custom order. After this period, any changes to the building order will incur cancellation fees.

A $500 change fee will apply to any modifications made after the original work order has been processed.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read all of our policies and approves the installation of the portable building.

Cancellations

All orders require a non-refundable cancellation fee. For cash sales, the fee is 10%, while for RTO safes, it is the down payment and/or first month’s rent.
