Quality sheds and portable buildings by Golden Rule Sheds.

Golden Rule Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, or any damage to yards or underground damages including damages to utilities.

Please consult your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. Customers are responsible for determining if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery.

Free delivery includes one trip up to 50 miles one way from the sales lot or 100 miles from the shop for custom orders. Deliveries beyond these distances incur a $5 per mile charge (one way). Additional trips may also result in extra fees.

Free setup includes leveling, starting from one corner at ground level, up to 2 feet using customer-supplied blocks.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

Golden Rule Sheds is not responsible for the contents inside the buildings.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that they have read all of our policies and approve the installation of the portable building.
